Calories Obsession

 "Rich, fatty foods are like destiny:  they too, shape our ends"

Yes. Indeed. McD’s, KFC’s and what else? When we saw people eating them we want it too right? so we eat eat eat and eat until the end of the day we keep sighing about our crazy appetites thus create a big fat human on this planet. crap~ >.<

So, I recently just figure something out on how to lost some of the “kilos” we have in our body by counting the calories. yeay! but we must keep the discipline high up to~



  1. after i know by counting calories you can also diet and lose some weight i begin to count and realize why i got into this big~ 53kilos but too many fat inside body.. (damn~)  
  2. but the info might be wrong too not 100% correct.
    It says there 2000K for women 20-39 years. but if you want to diet try having less than 2k you take for 1day
